Hindle Mason Projects (Pty) Ltd (HMP) was established in January 1993 as a Specialist Civil Engineering Company with its main business the repair, and protection of concrete structures.
Now 25 years on, Hindle Mason Projects (Pty) Ltd remains a proven specialist Civil Engineering company, successfully restoring the integrity of many concrete structures throughout South Africa, Africa and abroad. The company’s track record stems from total comprehension of structural failures and their specific related causes prior to applying appropriate solutions and extensive expertise to arrest, preserve and upgrading of deteriorated structures. Continuous research, sourcing and testing of modern systematic techniques, new or improved materials are tested by HMP prior to being utilized, thus optimizing the restoration of major investments and infrastructures. A separate company has become the construction division of HMP keeping the levels of quality and reliability that the Civil Engineering industry has come to expect.
Throughout the history of HMP a large portion of construction personnel have ten or more years of service gaining essential expertise in various operations of the company. BS Concrete First Aid encourages team managers and supervisors to avail themselves for education and training acquiring more skills, opening opportunities to advance to senior positions while grooming future leaders in an expanding company. BSCFA teams constantly attend workshops for demonstrations and instruction of new equipment, rehabilitation and protection methods. Not only do these sessions stimulate and educate but also assist in the identification of personnel who are best suited in various positions within the company.
Repeated essential training in management skills, mechanical operation and equipment maintenance, scaffold and support safety disciplines, including first aid training are but a few work and life skills necessary for construction teams to perform effectively and efficiently on construction sites. This has resulted in achieving continuous “Five Shield” Dekra rating and minimum injuries.
